High expectations, disappointing reality

-Great co-workers, plenty of friendships can be formed -Decent benefits -Casual dress -Fun atmosphere (at times) -CEO is young, driven, and will eventually be successful

Cons

-No room for growth & plenty of empty promises (aka "carrot dangler") -Downward company trajectory -Poor business decisions and lack of accountability -Lack of essential man power/resources in team structures -Horrendous customer and billing support -Controlling developers get final say & end up publishing the games -Cultural bias clearly evident to the entire company -Pathetic team building and team bonding events -It all comes down to the bottom line. Cost cutting and revenue numbers are ALL that matters, period.

Company provided lunch every Friday, great people who were enthusiastic about the games they were working on

Cons

An 8 hour day was extremely rare. Focused more on Process than People. Very high turnover rate and a high rate of burnout.
