-As many breaks as our current team manager allows which was quite often - Basketball court and food lounge - Employees great to work with, not so the higher ups.

Cons

-I recently quit the Vindictus NA team because of how corporate treats us and making us unable to speak to players about the issues at hand that make this company so unprofessional. -Under alot of pressure to get assignments done at an unreasonable rate to the point where I have to go home and finish it and add it to a USB to bring back to work. -Have to relay all information to Nexon Korea before Nexon NA can do anything regarding issues to the game, they gave us the patches for everything and i mean everything...... -Seoul, IE Nexon Korea will be doing an overhaul and probably firing a lot of staff in 2013 I assume. -Overall Nexon is a company where you can get your foot in the door for some experience then quit as soon as you can.

most co-workers were nice. very easy to share your no-life work life together pay is decent compared to other eastern developers and publishers

Cons

absolutely zero work balance, be prepared to work 10-14hr days, and be available at all times if you are not Korean the chances of upward mobility are limited micro-management is an Olympic sport here office politics more complex than game of thrones communications between teams are poor, and information is often left to the last minute the work motto is they don't tell you what not to do until you've done it, and then expect you to have known not to do it all along

Pros

Coffee machine, decent parking and free food from time to time.

Cons

Management that doesn't care to listen or learn. Korean mindset that doesn't work as well in the west. Promote 1-2 westerners to make it seem like they are evolving, but keep replacing the same 7-8 korean robot manager clones again and again... so nothing changes.
