      Pros

      The majority of people are fantastic. You will find that you enjoy working here because of the friendships you quickly form. The pay is on the higher end but there are none of the customary perks so it sort of evens out.

      Cons

      There's no business plan. No mission. The senior leaders are relatively inexperienced. The location is difficult for most to get to because it's not close to mass transit options.

      Pros

      Comradely among employees, talented people (until majority either quit or got fired) A lot of good food nearby. Available parking

      Cons

      Toxic atmosphere created by senior management (micromanagement, personal attacks and retaliation for speaking your mind). Group punishment of employees (never heard of “mandatory overtime” for entire software development group.. The most incompetent getting promotions, while the most productive employees are pushed to leave the company or laid off arbitrary (layoffs followed by a hiring spree just a week later).
