      Pros

      The people you work with will make you want to stay forever. The culture is hands down the best thing about the company Great commission and incentives

      Cons

      what you do is never enough. the kpi's which you are measured by is constantly changing. it's hard to get positive feedback for management. they make you feel replaceable and not valued

      As a recruiter, they were incredibly helpful and available. They helped me with my resume, my LinkedIn page and interviews. They always reminded me that they were always happy to help

      NextGen recruiters and operations support staff are top notch. Great company with key contract and recruiting relationships! Steve, Dawn, and Nicole are awesome!

      Cons

      Liability Insurance requirements are a little excessive for Corp to Corp contractors.
