      Pros

      Great Company to make fast 1099 Money, also good about keeping you in your local market. Friendly Hr and Corporate managers

      Cons

      No per diems in the contract, The rental car service is only through Hertz limiting availability on the appropriate test vehicle.Other than that not too bad of a company to work for if you are into working into the AM hours while sitting all of those hours in a vehicle with a labor ready driver.

      Pros

      NextGen is a company where strong-willed, driven individuals are rewarded and recognized. I consistently feel supported and encouraged to do more at NextGen. The team is kind, smart, and fun. I love that I can reach out to anyone and that person will help me without hesitation.

      Cons

      The floor can get loud and distracting from time to time, but that just means we are working hard!

      Pros

      It's been amazing working with the NextGen team. It's a great team full of life and talent. I've had the pleasure of working with Valerie and Nicole through my on boarding process and they were very efficient, resourceful, and professional. From the very beginning, Valerie has been reliably helpful and informative whenever I had a question. She's very friendly and provides timely feedback regardless of the timezone difference.

      Cons

      It would be great to meet more of the team yet. Meet-up maybe?
