      1. NextGen look after you, they care and that makes all the difference! 2. They have the friendliest, most professional staff who are well versed in their fields and have strong relationships with their customers. This makes for great insight into organizations and their managers, and helps you to understand the culture of a place, its working practices and expectations. 3. NextGen excels with finding the best candidate for a specific role, they will be honest if something doesn't fit and work hard to find something that does. This minimizes risk for both you and the customer and is paramount in ensuring success for all. 4. Superior leadership, Steve Moreschi is the best in the business.

      Cons

      There simply aren't any. They are amazing to work for.

      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Good Salary Friendly staff Good vacation time Sick time Good clientele Lots of projects to keep employees busy. They are spread out significantly in U.S. Overall good experience.

      Cons

      They do not match 401k. Medical benefits good but very expensive. They can improve on this. As the company is getting bigger the Salary hikes have gone down a bit.
