Pros
Beautiful offices and work spaces. Loved that there was a sense of fun with celebrations and holidays.
Cons
The culture is very much an "old boy network" and the inner circle is not gender diverse. It appears on the outside to seem diverse, but on this inside, not so much. Also, there is not a strong leadership development program, so some leaders are just not really savvy in how to be a leader. They've learned on the job, and haven't necessarily developed great leadership skills.
