Cons

Over worked! Under staffed! Management does not care about employee concerns. I do not recommend working for NFP. No one is happy working here.

NFP is fully engaged in employee development. Salary and benefits are comparable to industry standard.

Cons

Our agency was acquired by NFP. It has been difficult to feel apart of the NFP corporate culture without making 100% effort on our own part to research and sign up for opportunities of involvement.
