The one that got away

Pros

I worked with a wonderful team. Pay was good. Everyone from top to bottom was helpful!

Cons

The Cons were my own. I had just started working there but I had a sick mom I was taking care of and in the middle of a marital separation. I had to resign after only a few months due to it bleeding into my work (time missed/hard to catch up) and not yet being eligible for FMLA. Right place, WRONG time. Only employer that I regret leaving.

Pros

NFP (Warrington, PA) is constantly looking to improve the services offered to their clients. For someone that cares about my clients, this is huge. They also limit the amount of clients I manage to about half of the place I came from and this again helps me to better serve my clients.

Cons

With the improvements to service comes new procedures which can be challenging to manage.
