Pros

Schedule was excellent, offices were based on your location for easier commute, and the pay and benefits was decent, most people were amazing to get along with, very diverse in any department and work equipment provided was great.

Cons

Depending on your team lead will determine your employment! unfortunately my team lead did not make me feel valued, had zero patience and understanding, does not like to review other options and does not give second chances. Terminated immediately with no cause and refused to respond to my questions.

Pros

NFP has all around been a great company to work for. The benefits and flexibility are so specific to each individual and it’s a low call volume position. NFP is a company that truly values and appreciates its employees!

Cons

Vauge list of duties for my position caused a huge discrepancy in what's expected of me and by who, and the allowance of micromanaging arrogant staff resulted in bad work culture especially in office
