      Pros

      Dedicated, hard working team of professionals. Culture and atmosphere has improved significantly with the departure of some employees recently. Supportive environment with a strong commitment to work life balance.

      Cons

      Teams can feel silo based and senior management does not always seem organized and can be slow to react. But overall there has been a lot of change recently so they are doing a great job trying to keep everyone motivated.
