Most of management team is great at making employees feel valued, heard and appreciated, emphasis on work/life balance, management genuinely cares about your development and satisfaction, incredible co-workers

Cons

Training program is not yet streamlined or formalized, workload not balanced across departments or teams. If you're good at your job, take proactive steps to avoid taking on work of 2+ people because changes don't happen fast

Compensation is below the industry standard. Different expectations depending on the "Team" or office you work for. Long hours and a high work volume but could be the right fit for a highly motivated individual
