A great place to work if you are seeking for opportunities to grow and want to expand your knowledge in the employee benefits field. There are tons of trainings and resources available to help you with your daily work activities.

Thanks very much for your feedback. We agree! Our training tools are good and getting better. This includes our AM technology. We’re rolling out Salesforce in all our offices. If you haven’t seen it yet, touch base with your manager to locate your local champion.

NFP has a great culture and brand. Employees understand the direction of the company and work to achieve results.

Cons

Difficult to view benefits and PTO time internally. They are beginning to transition to a new system.
