Pros

Management is flexible on hours worked and if they are in the office or not. People that work up there are nice. Take the 7/24 as many times as you want but not many others.

Cons

Lots of overtime required Management knows there's a people issue but hire temps instead of full time employees.

Pros

-Work-life balance is generally very good -Very basic Excel skill is enough to succeed -High turnovers, so good place to meet new people -Salary is good

Cons

-Lots of hypocrisy at management level -Nepotism and cliche -Not a very exciting field. The majority of personnel forces themselves to like the job -Lack innovation or opportunities to take risk or learn new skills -CEO thinks he's a celebrity

Pros

This is a very good company. There is good communication from management to all parts of the company in the various locations throughout the country.

Cons

I think the biggest con about working for NFP is that the benefits are very expensive and the company should contribute more to the costs so the benefits are less expensive for the employees.
