Pros

Freedom to show your strengths in the work. Good hours. Management that cares in marketing department. Excellent people to work with.

Cons

Some senior management do not get along. Pays a little below industry average. Company is constantly changing which presents unique challenges in marketing.

Pros

NFP always places client needs first. Extremely smart and talented individuals. Very little bureaucracy and red tape. Senior management is very focused and leads the company well. Very clear strategy and execution.

Cons

Must be a self starter and driven to succeed. Need to recruit younger people and train them. ( This is an industry wide issue. ) Senior management has very little client facing experience but listens. Trying to centralize unnecessary things and not centralizing others.
