Thank you. We encourage our employees to talk with our Executive Managers. We agree our future is becoming clearer, but we're still defining it and all of our employees have the ability to help us shape that future.

Pros

Casual Fridays, friendly and competent co-workers

Cons

Talented employees not promoted, not rewarded, advice not sought out and given no voice. Management makes decisions in a vacuum, input not encouraged. Pay is below scale. Raises rarely given and are small when they are given.

Pros

The parent company continues to acquire more locations and in time there will be many opportunities with the company. If you like to be part of the new evolution, then it is a great time to be a part of it. *Please know that the senior leadership at Corporate, truly seem to value their employees. It is a specific field office location that I am speaking about here.*

Cons

1) Corporate is not actively involved with all of the operations of each office, so the poor leadership in each are rarely held accountable. 2) This particular office is small and select leaders don't manage others well, and the office energy reflects it. 3) This particular office does not take care of their "worker" staff and many are paid below industry average for the roles. Some of the staff have been told "there is the door", which is never an effective leadership style. 4) Work life balance seems to apply to certain staff, but not equally distributed amongst all in this location. 5) Corporate does share that there are opportunities to grow within the Company overall. When you try to do so, it was very limiting and not well executed yet.

Really appreciate the thoughtful feedback. Accountability and leading by example is always valued by the company. Every office should have the same values we call "One NFP".
