Pros

NFP is an employee centric workplace. I have been here for a little over 5 years and it was the best career decision I could have made. I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work everyday. They are focused on employee well being, community and maintaining a work-life balance.

Pros

Our agency was recently (about six months ago) acquired by NFP. I have been here for 23 year, "sitting in the same chair". This is the second acquisition I have been through. I am excited about the direction of my career with NFP. Its great to work for a company who obviously cares about their people... employees and clients! This truly is a "people first" vibe.

Cons

Its structured as any large corporate business would be. There are required processes and procedures that we don't have a lot of control over. Its sometimes difficult to juggle all of the day-to-day work that needs to be done along with the "corporate requirements"... but as I work through it, I find a lot of benefit to most of my new tasks!
