      Very, very disorganized. Very little continuity between departments and a very scattered training program as best.

      Generally good attention to clients. Good employee benefits. Smart, experienced account management team leaders.

      Long hours during renewal season. Some managers are subject matter experts, but not experienced leading teams.

      You're right, we are putting in Leadership Development Programs and should see a marked improvement.
