The people are nice and produce quality work.

Cons

Since the private equity transaction at the top of the business a few years ago, the company model of buying smaller firms and rolling them into the main company has made the business move from personal trusted relationships with clients to a more transactional mindset and that just isn't how I want to work.

not much to talk about on this topic

Cons

benefits are expensive, people last culture and horrible management. Management doesn't do much to retain business. too busy trying to grow the company that they do not focus on the fact that retention is just as if not more important. Sr. Management could have potential if they put the correct office managers in position instead of people who have no management experience and think they know it all.
