      Pros

      NFP is a really diverse company and they take good care of their interns. They had really fun events but lacked a bit in individual attention. I was glad to work here and I'm sure their intern program will be even better next year.

      Cons

      Some of the work was not very enriching and a bit monotone. They could challenge you more and make your internship more exciting. I also felt we could have received more individual attention and guidance.

Your feedback has helped us realize we shouldn’t be afraid to challenge our interns with more complex projects so we will definitely incorporate that plus more individual mentoring into our improvements for next year.       Pros

      Being associated with a National Level company. That's pretty much it, some of my co-workers were cool. I didn't have any interaction with offices at the regional/national level, so bear in mind that the reviews will vary based on what location you are at!

      Cons

      This company was full of false promises, and had little to no communication. The salary was never great, and they really play favorites. It was not a good environment to work in. There was no trust between management and employees.
