Pros

The hours are good and they provide all the necessary equipment. Also great benefits.

Cons

They lack at training, you don’t ever feel like part of a team, very greedy compensation wise.

Flexibility with working from home

Cons

I was disappointed with the lack of career development and the favoritism within my team. Favoritism seemed to be the cause of some getting large salary increases while others got little to nothing. Your valued by how late you stay at work and how much work you can put on your plate. Management doesn’t care if you are overworked, nor about career goals. Very disappointed
