We're working to provide development opportunities for our people, and it’s unfortunate our resources weren’t made more clear. We're taking steps to ensure these resources and programs are presented during onboarding and communicated consistently across the company. In addition to our bi-weekly training announcement communications, we leverage our internal social hub, Workplace, as well as our learning portal, AcadaMe, to get the word out. We encourage our employees to engage there as well as connect with their HR Business Partner with any questions. Thank you for your feedback as we continue to work to improve transparency and access to learning opportunities and training resources at NFP.
