Pros

People centered culture, young dynamic workforce, opportunities for career development

Cons

Greater consistency in training and development, during the COVID outbreak, and with remote work, overall professionalism and etiquette reminders for client calls are sometimes needed for employees that recently joining the workforce from college.

Pros

The work-life balance was great and the company had a fantastic transition from working in the office to working remote thanks to the amazing technology team. They have put forth a very thoughtful COVID response plan, and really upped their game on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the wake of recent events in the US. Leadership was very opened to communication with the rest of the company. My manager was an incredible mentor and was always supportive of my professional/personal growth and of the innovation/growth of the team and company. Other managers I worked closely with were the same, and gave recognition and kudos to those when due. Most of my colleagues were a pleasure to work with and were friendly and collaborative. The company is fun and celebrates their employees every now and then.

Cons

Not everyone is perfect, but almost all my experiences at NFP have been incredibly positive and professional. No cons that stand out.

Pros

Able to work remote partially during week.

Cons

This is specific to the CLEVELAND office. Unless you’re in sales, you are considered replaceable. No admin staff has worked there over 5 years, so there is a high turnover of the support staff. Unless you want to sell, there is no growth potential. Therefore your pay can only go so far, unless again, you want to sell. Management is neither helpful nor supportive with workload. It’s the usual; if you’re doing well at your job, we’ll give you more work. There’s no such thing as a 40-hour work week.
