Pros

None. No training, learn everything yourself. Terrible supervisor. Every employee under her has quit from her terrible management and gaslighting. She will make you feel like nothing you do is right. Poor salary.

Cons

Everything. Benefits are sub par. Work culture is cliquey and they bad mouth other colleagues shamelessly. Supervisor will take credit for the work you do and make you feel worthless and then tell you that you are not fulfilling your role when you constantly ask for more work and offering to be helpful. Will belittle you and try to make you look bad. Bad salary.

As part of our PeopleFirst culture, we definitely strive to create a better, more positive experience for our employees than what you described. This includes high-quality health and welfare benefits for our 7,000+ employees and their families. There is always room to improve and your comments will help us refine our employee experience. We always encourage team members to engage with their Managers, Leaders or HR Business Partners to discuss any potential enhancements or issues. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, so please contact me directly if you would like to discuss anything further. –Mary Steed, Chief People Officer

Management are bullies

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Decent compensations and benefits ...

Cons

They invest in leadership development and then do opposite. Management are bullies, they are not accommodating and try to get rid of you when you stand up for yourself. New recruits quickly leave once they realize the environment isn't improving. Very few former employees dare to complain to HR and even then nothing changes.

Bullying is never ok, and we expect employees to report it when it happens. If you feel you can't speak to your Manager or HR Business Partner about a situation, please utilize NFP's hotline at 855-296-9085 or visit www.nfp.alertline.com. Both are 100% anonymous and confidential. All reports are reviewed carefully and issues are investigated thoroughly. We work hard to create an environment where all employees feel safe, supported and respected, and we know there is always opportunity to be better. I would like to discuss your concerns and if you’re comfortable doing so I welcome you to contact me directly. Thank you. -Mary Steed, Chief People Officer
