Pros

Lots of room to grow, the people are great. Heading in a good direction with different initiatives for diversity, inclusion, and sharing of resources between locations.

Cons

Very inconsistent across locations, leadership initiatives aren't necessarily felt in local offices, communication isn't the best, the organization has access to a lot of tools/programs but few people have actual access to them. For a benefits company, the benefits could be better.
