      Pros

      Dedicated, hard working team of professionals. Culture and atmosphere has improved significantly with the departure of some employees recently. Supportive environment with a strong commitment to work life balance.

      Cons

      Teams can feel silo based and senior management does not always seem organized and can be slow to react. But overall there has been a lot of change recently so they are doing a great job trying to keep everyone motivated.

      Pros

      NFP offers a lot of opportunity for career growth and personal development. I've been working here a little over three years and I'm continually encouraged to grow with new projects and responsibilities. They provide tools and resources for us such as AcadaMe, the new mentorship program, and support our attending industry-specific conferences and seminars. NFP has a great culture and continues to think of new ways to support their employees.
