In a first glance, this seems like a company that value their employees, they pride themselves as a 5x Best Places to Work award winner in Insurance, but the fact is that their status is declining as they are loosing many good people. Some teams/ divisions are very well managed, while others lack true leadership. In some divisions /departments, you will not find a good team spirit and it can be quite frustrating to see how some are overwhelmed with work and others have very little on their plate…. NFP takes pride in growing quickly /acquisitions but they are loosing that human touch!

Like most companies NFP has had turnover, but we continue to grow and are now over 6,000 employees. We are proud of being named as one of the best places to work in insurance for 5 consecutive years and are serious about our PeopleFirst culture.
