Pros

They have good benefits and have a flexible work environment.

Cons

I didn't like how management played favorites. Positions were eliminated and you were expected to pick up the slack with no appreciation or incentives.

Pros

Great benefits package, nice office, free snacks and drinks, flexible environment depending on your manager. Over all NGL was an OK firm to work for, kind of your typical corporate gig.

Cons

Sr management is very old school and has a hard time relating to younger staff. There is a ton of office politics in play at all time. The stock price nose dived because they have some debt issues they have to address and the dividends got slashed dramatically. However the firm's cashflows is solid. During covid the office was never actually closed and after one year they issued a full staff back to office policy. This caused a huge talent drain on the firm as a lot of folks who could find other work did so.
