Considering the size of this company and all of the diverse roles that are encompassed in the day to day operations, the positive culture of inclusiveness that they maintain is impressive.

Cons

I don't recall anything major that I'd consider listing as a con for working there. There are some things I wasn't a fan of, but almost all are unavoidable in the corporate world.
