Pros

Smaller team than one would imagine. There are no rocks to hide under but the smaller pond gives you a better opportunity to leave your mark. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Hockey is mostly played in the evenings. If you are responsible for systems or processes that support the operation of the game, it can be a grind at times. If an occasional nighttime surprise is a non-starter, this might not be the place for you.
