Good people, amount of travel, fun industry, major league sport, cool perks, exposure to Club executives, opportunities to strategize with major Fortune 500 companies, exposure to senior executives within the company,

No career growth, lack of mentoring, teams work in silos, lack of accountability, lack of communication, salary not comparable per position

Pros

I work with great people who have a passion for hockey. It is a pleasure to come to work everyday and work in a market where I am also a fan.

Cons

Recent changes to the business have created some challenges. The work from home policy is non-existent, especially with the fact that hockey is primarily an evening sport.
