Pros

Great support staff and good people being run ragged by inexperienced middle management who are shackled by senior management technical decisions.

Cons

Chaos, rigid structure, dysfunctional and poor quality standards

Pros

The work is exciting, never a dull moment. There are some senior execs who are tremendous mentors and education (although not paid for by the company) is appreciated and respected. AMAZING lawyers. Outstanding benefits, pension 401K

Cons

Boys Club. Men make more than women despite the women having more responsibility, education and experience. No management training for new managers. Incentive program makes a lot of statements regarding promotions and "bell curve" but those rules they impose are never followed by senior execs.
