Pros

I enjoy working at NHL. There is real work-life balance, the people are friendly for the most part, good benefits and decent salary. Some perks working for the league include free tix to concerts at MSG, a pension plan and summer fridays!

Cons

There are a couple of archaic policies such as no vacation during the first year and only 10 vacation days, and no working-from-home.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, Good People, no real dress code at work Free tickets to games come quite often, and good benefits

Cons

Very averse to change. Projects take forever to get moving, HR is very poor in solving problems with the organization, very much "a boys club," Management training and furthering education is non existent (they dont supplement this type of training), no chance for upward movement, and very poor bonus/raise structure
