the pay is decent, its clean, safe...not too hard

Cons

once you hit top pay there aren't raises based on performance or years of service. its sexist. the atmosphere is pretty much 1930's... kinda raciest, anti gay... its pretty hard for a women to move up unless you want to work as a secretary.
