Cons

No "excused" absences. Consecutive days missed will equal one point with a doctor slip. 7 points on a rolling year calendar

Quality product, great customer support and strong sales team.

Cons

Sales structure is not built to reward on success. Needs to be commission off of new business growth rather than a percentage of base salary if hitting goals. After hitting 300% of targets only had base raised 5%.. NIBCO needs to reward and inspire growth which is the complete opposite when I was with the team.
