Nothing really. Well I guess the days off through the week.

Cons

Everything. Lack of communication, low pay, managers are bad with their employees. Unfairness, lot of favoritism. Just bad environment.

Cons

Implosion coming soon! Lack of direction, failure to produce leaders from within. Managers and temps; even the newly hired leave and are discouraged quickly by the current leaders. No real vision for the future. These people are happy to live in the past. Band aid methodology that results in the failures now happening. Complete lack of listening to improve.
