      I wish I could add something here.

      Cons

      No company morale, huge turnaround, treat long-term employees terribly, there is benefits but they are the bare minimum just to cover them. They use to have YMCA memberships now they built a NIB gym but it does not benefit the whole family. Make sure your family members do not pass on Nibco time or they will not give you a raise. They use to have Christmas parties and other things (bonuses, etc.) now they just give out Nibco merchandise. That no one wants. The point system is out of date and needs to be revised.

      Pros

      -I have never worked at a place as nice as Nibco. Fantastic benefits, the Martin family is never too busy for any level of employee, will listen to anyone, and Nibco is a place to work long term, many options career wise.

      Cons

      -After working there for nearly a year, I only really know people in my department
