NIBCO is an organization that operates based on core values. The culture is that of positive team work. Associates are valued and recognized for their contributions. There are many activities for associates to enjoy such as; summer time lunch on the lawns, wellness committees, health fairs that offer screening and vendor information as well as fun activities for the entire family! The executive leadership team knows each associate by name and truly care about all associates.Being an associate at NIBCO means you are part of a family!

Cons

I have yet to experience any cons in my 17+ years with NIBCO. Great company!

Pros

Good coworkers and friends for life. Provided good work experience for the next job.

Cons

After 16 years of work was let go because coworker of a year was making a lot less and was a lot younger. Age discrimination but didn't pursue it. Also, was never offered a severance package. If I was a bad employee, I would have never lasted 16 years.
