Quality product, great customer support and strong sales team.

Cons

Sales structure is not built to reward on success. Needs to be commission off of new business growth rather than a percentage of base salary if hitting goals. After hitting 300% of targets only had base raised 5%.. NIBCO needs to reward and inspire growth which is the complete opposite when I was with the team.

Pros

Safety conscious, decent pay, good benefits. Steady work with no slow down in sight.

Cons

Mgmt picks and chooses who they overload with work and who can do whatever they want to do and when they do it. HR is not very friendly but is put into a power position to make decisions they do not understand. Very close minded on suggested changes.

Pros

Good benefits and family oriented. Long time employer. Training is good. Good place to work.

Cons

Goshen allows ethnic female employee to stalk in and outside plant the married male employees to gain something for herself, and gets her ethnic women friends at plant to cause problems for other employees and uncomfortable environment. HR has no control over her and has let it continue for years.
