Pros
Getting a paycheck, co-workers are great, that is the only thing I still miss about that place.
Cons
They want everyone to feel scared that they could be fired any day. People are terrified to ask any questions as they have seen people get "let go" for questioning anything. Also, make sure you don't get cancer or need to use FMLA for any reason. While I was there, we were actually all sent an email stating that the annual bonus percentage paid would not be as high due to employees not having optimal health during the year. What kind of company uses health care costs as a contributing factor to the companies bonus pay out???? This particular year, NIBCO had record breaking sales.
