      Pros

      The production employees made me feel welcome. Co workers were the best part about this job. I always wanted to do better so I could help them out also! Miss them dearly.

      Cons

      Poor leadership...I did my job and the supervisor (shift leader) while she sat in office and talked all night. I expressed my concerns to upper management and nothing happened other than I then got picked on. I left the company because of HR and the supervisor. Will never go back.
