Pros

Most employees are salt of the earth...great Midwestern people who'd give you the shirt off their back. Profitable company, stock price keeps rising, almost eerily. ESOP company.

Cons

Management by FEAR....there two key individuals with egos who are drunk with power and seem to enjoy ruining careers. If you are older worker, get sick or have a family member who does, you career there is over, no matter how well you perform. Company self-insures and ruthlessly cuts medical insurance costs by terminating people with medical concerns. Deceitful HR management and policies. People have been terminated on a whim and in violation of NIBCO's own written policies, which management ignores when they choose.
