Decades of Poor Leadership
Pros
Some of the people are very kind, usually middle management and below.
Cons
Incompetent people promoted who would never hold those positions outside of the company. Recent example is the chief people officer who has had a history of unprofessional inappropriate relationships with coworkers. That is what NIBCO classifies as the best to lead. Coupled with the fact that this person has ZERO experience in HR. This is just another classic example of poor behavior behing rewarded simply because they are close friends with the now COO. Also compensation and benefits are well below industry standard, when I have compared with other collegues from like industries, it is evident that we are strung along and made to think that we are paid well. I would not be surpised that even our top leaders are not paid that well. It’s really sad and probably time to reconsider.
