Annual Gifts to the employees.

Cons

Worst place to work. Compliance teams Surveillance team is worst. The managers gives lip service to the director and the director works on that. HR is even worst. Stay unemployed, never join this company.

Pros

Products are best in class, all top 10 US banks use Actimize, highly reviewed by top industry analysts. Pay is great. Smart, hardworking and nice people to work with. Great pre-sales support.

Cons

Not much in way of onboarding. Expected to deliver results immediately while learning on the job. Wide range of products across multiple risk segments in Financial Services that are not easy to learn, with no real set curriculum. Culture is very sales-focused, so pressure to perform is high. Not much in the ways of sales tools investments (sales intelligence and email automation tools would be nice). It's a sink or swim environment, so make sure you're ready for that if you come to work here.

Cons

Long working hours. No work life balance. Dectator type managers and rude. Expects to work 24/7 in R&D 🙄 Bad work culture. Highly political environment.
