      Actimize is a product company and working for it gives you opportunity to get trained in the compliance technolgy area which is a fast growing market.. Its a market leader in its segment. interesting and challenging work

      Cons

      The company is not much process oriented. Growth opportunities in the company are limited. The employee turnover rate is also fairly high.

      Excellent benefits, good pay and they are present on pretty much all the banks. They are growing fast and they are the market leaders.

      Cons

      - LONG LONG LONG work hours - No respect for work hours, even if you have family to take care - Very little team work and very little help when needed
