      1- HR are playing mind games 2- HR do not release the offer letter and keeps on making excuses and which can sometimes make you frustated. 3- No worklife balance 4- Pay structure is not good

      The brand name is good. The infrastructure is good. Some gifts are good. Some people are good to work with.

      Cons

      No work from home culture. Need much effort to change the old technology. The recruitment process is rude and takes advantage of your situation. The office is on far end of the city, not in the buzzing startup hub. Career growth and promotion paths are not clear. No work-life balance.
