I would also like to share my journey in working with NICE Actimize. I joined NICE Actimize in the year 2020 as an Associate Software Engineer in the Cloud Team Portfolio. During that time, I was working as an Implementor for one of our Solutions which is Trade Surveillance. I got to learn the complete architecture of the solution thanks to my peers, the entire functioning as well as working with a real live customer project provided me enough boost to my confidence. I also quickly understood that in order to survive in the cloud you have to know the solution so in order to achieve that my next goal was to understand the flow of the various components inside the solution, the different scenarios in case of any issues, and the different set of activities one has to perform when one is the POC if the Project. After a span of 1 year and 10 months, I have now moved to the Business analyst role to explore more wonderful things this role has to offer me. In this role, I will be responsible to react actively to customer issues, will proactively deal with the entire project life cycle, and also have to be updated with all the solution updates as well.
Cons
As of now, I have no complaints with NICE Actimize, and even if I have any, it's very important that we have proper transparent clear-cut communication with your immediate superior so that the solution can be provided asap.
