      Pros

      Some of the teams have a great working atmosphere. Some of the teams have a high professional level. Employees get some good benefits as part of NICE (the parent company). The company is probably a stable and safe bet for long-term employment.

      Cons

      Many employees don't feel passion / enthusiasm for their work. It's hard to get budgets for anything, including recruiting. Salaries are average.

      Some internal processes outraged and thought needs to be given to how the business competes into today's financial services landscape but this is acknowledged and effort the company is focused on the transition
