      Colleagues can take some time to smile a little. World is not going to end. Even though we're fighting financial crimes, we need not take ourselves too seriously Time difference between Israel and US can make it sometimes hard to work with Israel resources

      1. Excellent products to sell 2. As an account manager I can literally "Sell across the bag"; NICE-Actimize has an abundance of product solutions for it's customers. 3. Each product has a very specific need within its market 4. There is an abundance of self-driven online learning available to me

      Cons

      Due to the fact that I have been a remote employee for years I cannot share any cons that are not inherent with being remote. This is the downside of being remote however the upside out weighs the downside.

      Flexible work, good pay, lots of travel

      Cons

      Complete lack of strategic vision and an obsession with numbers that don't support the obvious struggle to maintain relevance Most staff are recruited directly from Israeli Military with zero industry experience and then quickly declare themselves experts whilst not having any insight or experience. A real lack of industry experience. Poor corporate culture and endless rotation of under-performing managers into new role with zero accountability for cock-ups Technical Innovation is loudly boasted but mostly is vapour-ware. Over reliance on childish incentive schemes (best family photo wins $200) instead of actually listening to staff concerns.
