Pros

Like NICE colorful office, the Actimize team is also very cheerful. Entire Actimize team is very close and reachable. Lot of learning opportunities from Actimize vast reach and rich history. Lot of initiatives from the management to keep the employees entertained and happy.

Cons

It's more work, less life. Delivery times are very stringent.

New and interesting technologies. Understanding managers. Nice people that are willing to help and do the work

Seems very hard to get RSUs if you are not a manager. Don't have some standard hi-tech conditions but that's less important
